09.30-10.00 Registration (Finnish guests’ accreditation at Kinopalatsi, international delegates’ at the hotel)

10.00-10.15 Welcoming words (introducing the organizers)

10.15-10.45 Who is who – presentation of participants of the day (international delegates and Finnish professionals)

11.00-12.00 First round of Works in Progress -projects (6 projects)

12.00-13.00 Networking lunch at Hotel Radisson Blu Plaza (Restaurant Pääkonttori)

13.00-13:30 Works in Development / Two-minute pitches (10 projects)

13.45-14:45 Works in Progress –projects (6 projects)

14:45-15.00 Moving to Hotel Radisson Blu Plaza and organizing meetings with the pitched projects

15.00-17.50 One-on-one meetings between pitched projects and international guests (10-20 min each)

NOTE! Meetings with international delegates in this slot are organized only for filmmakers with projects by Marta Balaga, the FFA Matchmaker.

18.00-23.00 Sauna Dinner at Löyly co-hosted by the City of Helsinki

19:00 Opening words and announcing the Works in Progress -winner

The screening schedule of the Finnish Film Affair will be published in September.

All films in the Finnish Film Affair programme have English subtitles.

The Panel, the Works in Progress -showcase and the Development Workshop and Project Consulting Sessions will be conducted in English.
